Heh-heh-heh! Later!

A couple of hours on the ice, and I was still amped. The weather was good, so I dressed in my sweats and running shoes for a run. The mullethead had taken the equines out, so I talked my mentor into goin' with me with no trouble. I was so out of it, I asked him to set the pace.

It didn't work, despite my 'elevated' state.  We were way too unevenly matched, I couldn't keep up, so he slowed.  When we got to the last half kilometre, I got a runners high.  I sped up, told him to eat my dust, and got myself tackled in the slushy mess of what was left of the snow just in front of the house.  Never mind what followed, but I'd have to find an excuse to connive a repeat of the experience.  ;O)
